Project Overview

This outdoor LED sphere project was designed for a customer in Canada. The project uses a 2-meter-diameter P5 Sphere LED Screen with a floor-mounted structure.

Unlike a traditional flat LED display, the spherical screen provides a full 360° viewing effect. Its large 2-meter size makes it easy to notice in open spaces and outdoor environments.

The floor-mounted design provides a stable support structure and also makes installation and maintenance more convenient.

Outdoor Application

The P5 outdoor Sphere LED Screen is suitable for outdoor commercial spaces, plazas, tourist attractions, exhibitions, theme parks, brand events, and public installations.

With a diameter of 2 meters, the spherical screen creates a strong visual focal point without requiring a traditional flat mounting surface.

The ≥7680Hz refresh rate provides smooth video playback and also helps the screen perform well when photographed or recorded by cameras. This is especially useful for advertising campaigns, events, and social media content.

Floor-Mounted Structure

For this Canadian project, the LED sphere uses a floor-mounted installation.

The supporting structure is installed underneath the sphere, allowing the screen to stand independently. Compared with a ceiling-hung LED sphere, this installation method does not require an overhead suspension structure.

It is a practical solution for outdoor locations where structural stability, installation access, and maintenance need to be considered together.

Workshop Installation and Testing

Before shipment to Canada, the 2-meter P5 LED sphere is assembled and tested in the workshop.

Our technicians check the LED modules, sphere structure, power supplies, signal connections, video playback, color consistency, and overall display performance. The complete sphere is also tested before packing to reduce installation problems after delivery.
