A 7.3-Meter Creative LED Installation in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is known for large-scale visual experiences, creative architecture, and eye-catching digital displays. For this indoor project in Las Vegas, USA, the customer wanted more than a conventional rectangular LED wall.

The goal was to create a 7.3-meter-high shaped LED screen that could become the visual center of the entire indoor space.

A shaped LED display like this contains several different surfaces. The lower part gradually becomes narrower, the vertical section changes curvature, and the top expands into a wide circular structure.

Standard rectangular LED cabinets cannot easily create these transitions.

Therefore, the mechanical structure must be customized according to the final 3D shape.

Flexible or specially designed LED modules can be positioned along the curved surface, while a custom metal frame keeps the overall structure stable.

Careful alignment is especially important around transition areas. If the modules are not positioned correctly, visible gaps, uneven curves, or distorted images may appear.
